I have regrown hair for people because that's my job as a braid technician. My best answer is to keep it braided and oiled with hair growth stimulant. If you don't have braids or wish to get any then try the growth stimulant by DooGrow.Has anyone out there REALLY regrown hair?
My hair gets long some times but not to the middel of my ear. Then I cut it short again I don't like it long and I don't like when it sits on my ears.

What can I put on bald spots behind my horse's ears (from halter) to keep the skin healthy & regrow hair?
I bought a horse that was previously abused and is practically impossible to catch until she learns to trust that person. Because there is only a large pasture where I board, I sent her to a trainer to work with her on other skills as well as the catching. Because she is so difficult for him to catch (I have no problem catching %26amp; haltering her in the run she is in most of the time), he leaves the halter on her 24/7. I live 90 miles away from the trainer, so I can't be out there all the time to catch her for him. The halter has rubbed bald the hair behind her ears. She is going to be at the trainer's for another 3 weeks. Are there any good ointments, creams, etc. that I can put on those bald spots where the halter rubs that will keep the skin healthy and promote hair regrowth? What can I put on bald spots behind my horse's ears (from halter) to keep the skin healthy %26amp; regrow hair?
I like Corona. Also, maybe you could put a fleece cover on the halter so it will not rub so much. What can I put on bald spots behind my horse's ears (from halter) to keep the skin healthy %26amp; regrow hair?
I would suggest using paw paw ointment on the bald patch to calm, soothe %26amp; protect the skin %26amp; allow the hair to grow back %26amp; in the mean time definitely get some fleece to prevent it from happening in the future. If at all possible perhaps a smaller yard in the short term so that the halter can be removed completely? Good luck xoxo
My horse is bottom of the pecking order so this is something I know ALOT about as he is always getting bitten or kicked.
I use simple old Vasaline. Put it on the bald spots and it keeps the hide soft and encourages the regrowth of hair.
Good luck!
my horse has that problem too! i put a fleece cover on its nose band and behind the ears. that way it won't rub away the hair.
A better fitting halter or a collar will stop the rubbing and time will let the hair grow back!
Emu oil has a good reputation for this sort of thing.
Good luck.
yes use corona and everytime you let the horse out or dont need to lead the horse take it off
I would suggest removing the halter and putting her in a smaller pen. Leaving the halter on is a big risk. What if she gets caught up on something. With her already being hard to handle and catch, she may put up a fight and injure herself or someone else.
Plus with a larger area she has more ground to move around on and avoid catching, therefore if your trainer gives up after chasing her for 45 minutes, it's not a lesson learned for this mare, in fact, it'll just teach her to put up an even bigger fight.
Only my suggestion though. Smaller pen and use some M-T-G on those bald spots and halter rubs.
I started using a product from Blueridge Botanicals in Tennessee. My girlfriend has been using it on her horses and loves it. I tried some on the side of my gelding's face - he was rubbing his constantly on everything! He stopped completed after 2 days of me spraying on my hand and rubbing on his face. He loved it and the best part is no more itching! His hair is growing back. It is pricey but you don't need very much and you can use it on all kinds of things. It is called BooBooDr Plus at Blueridge. They do have a website and you can order online. It is made from essentials oils and other organic products. I am amazed at the product. I think I will try their fly sprays next.

FALLING HAIR -
Does your hair fall a lot? Don't worry, you're not alone. Millions of people from all around the world suffer from dry, brittle and weak hair. Some of the possible reasons for falling hair are:
Tension
Too much work
Illness
Poor diet
Over-exposure to the sun
Perming
Amateur bleaching
Too frequent and inexpert use of tints, rinses or other colourants
Here is what you can do to prevent hair fall
Shampoo regularly. Remember, a CLEAN scalp is a HEALTHY SCALP.
Brahmi amla oil also promotes hair growth.
A high protein diet with plenty of fruits, green vegetables and dairy products is a must.
Drink 10-12 glass of water everyday.
Use a very mild shampoo and condition your hair at least twice a week. When you do, make sure you rinse out the conditioner thoroughly, otherwise residue build-up will cause your hair to look limp and dull.
Know your vitamins! IRON is important for healthy hair and brittle, limp hair indicates an iron deficiency. Spinach has a good iron content, so gulp it down!
ZINC helps prevent hair loss and greying. Eat adequate zinc rich foods. Overweight people tend to have zinc deficiency, which is inversely related to the body mass index. Thus if you are overweight and if your hair falls too much, you may want to increase your intake of zinc containing foods. Recipes containing stone ground, wholegrain flour are rich in zinc.
A shortfall in VITAMIN B may cause dandruff, falling hair, loss of colour and could encourage grey hair. So B group Vitamins are essential for gloss, colour and thickness.
VITAMIN C ensures the health of capillaries supplying blood to hair follicles. Make sure your diet includes plenty of fresh fruits and veggies.
VITAMIN E encourages hair growth. Switch from refined flours to wholemeal and wheatgerm, eggs, vegetable oil.
COPPER stops hair from falling. Studies show that the copper content in the blood serum of people with falling hair is less than normal. Different types of alopecia (falling hair) are seen to have a deficiency of this important trace element. Include small quantities of nuts, especially cashews and peanuts, seeds, whole milk and beans in your diet as these contain minute but important amounts of copper.
Homemade remedies for preventing hair fall:
Apply almond oil on scalp and massage.
Grind fenugreek seeds in water and apply on your scalp. Wash off after 40 minutes. Do this every morning for a month 隆V if it suits you! Remember, different treatments suit different types of hair.
Massage warm castor oil + almond oil into your scalp gently. Wrap a hot towel around your scalp so it gets absorbed into the hair. Do this twice a week for healthy, shiny hair.
Add 2-3 drops of honey to a glass of water and use this as the last rinse after shampooing.
Quick Hair Care Conditioner
Mix 1 egg, 2 tbs castor oil, 1 tsp vinegar and 1 tsp glycerine. Beat until frothy and massage lightly into your scalp. Wrap your head in a hot towel, steam, then wash off. This conditioner makes hair thicker, shiny, soft and manageable.
Honey Conditioner
Beat 1-2 eggs (depending on the length of the hair), 1 tsp honey and 2 tsp olive oil. Massage gently into the scalp. Steam, and shampoo after an hour.
Alcohol Conditioner
Beat 1-2 eggs with 2 tsp brandy. Massage into your scalp. Leave for 10-15 mins. Rinse well. The egg nourishes your hair and brandy stimulates hair growth.
Your hair is a vital beauty asset, requiring constant loving care. And with a little nurturing, lush, glossy hair will be yours
ESSENTIALS FOR FALLING HAIR -
Does your hair fall often Arm yourself with these tools to combat hair fall.
Wide-toothed comb
Get yourself a wide-toothed comb. This is probably one of the most important yet underutilized of all hair tools. A wide-toothed comb helps you distribute conditioner evenly all over your hair while shampooing and conditioning. In addition, it also helps get rid of knots smoothly.
The best time to get rid of knots is during conditioning. Apply conditioner and run a wide toothed comb gently through your hair.
While untangling dry hair, do so in sections. Take one section at a time, and first, untangle the ends of your hair. Do so slowly, and don?t pull unless you want your hair to fall out in clumps or break.
Don?t wait for the last minute before detangling your hair. Every night, while sitting in front of the television, run a wide toothed comb gently through your hair, until you have untangled it completely. Do this every night, and you will notice that your hair remains free from tangles.
Leave-in conditioner
Dry hair tends to tangle easily, and, needless to say, causes it to break. Make sure your hair is never devoid of moisture by always keeping a bottle of leave-in conditioner handy. The next time you feel your hair is dry and rough to the touch, simply rub a dollop of leave-in conditioner between your palms, and apply it to your hair. Comb through with your wide toothed comb. Your hair will be instantly rejuvenated and moisturized. Gradually, the texture will also improve. This is a must if you blow dry your hair regularly, or if it is chemically treated. Such hair constantly craves moisture, so get yourself a bottle of leave-in conditioner.
Oil
Olive, almond and coconut oils are all excellent for the hair. While you could apply oil as an alternative to leave-in conditioner, oil tends to make your hair sticky, and you cannot style your hair well after applying oil. Your only alternative would then be to tie up your hair. For better results with oil, apply just a few drops immediately after washing your hair, when your hair is still dripping wet. Oil doesn?t penetrate the strands as easily as leave-in conditioner does though. Nothing beats a hot oil massage followed by a steam treatment, as the steam helps the oil penetrate the hair strands, strengthening them and curtailing hair fall.
Egg
Egg is great for the hair ? there are no two ways about it! True, it causes a tremendous stink in the bathroom, and your hair may let off an ?eggy? smell, but the results are instantaneous and worth it! Egg strengthens your hair almost immediately, and the egg yolk leaves your hair shining. Whip an egg with two tablespoons of olive oil and apply it to your hair. Wash off after half an hour. Make sure you wash off with cold water though, or the egg will start cooking in your hair, and would be harder to take off! Use a scented shampoo to counter the smell of egg in your hair, and follow up with a leave-in conditioner. Do this for a month, and you will be amazed by the change in your hair texture and the reduction in hair fall.

Can eating one Centrum tablet daily help me regrow hair as well as make it stronger and fuller?
I am 18 and for some reason I suddenly started losing my hair at the end of last summer. It was thick and and rich before, but all of a sudden, it became weak, prone to shedding, unmanageable, thinner, and i can see my scalp under a light. It's not full bald but it seems like it is going to be that way, but will eating one centrum a day help me regrow my hair back to how it was? If not what should I do?Can eating one Centrum tablet daily help me regrow hair as well as make it stronger and fuller?
No it will not. Eating a diet rich in the right kinds of oil that contain omega 3-6 %26amp;9 will help. You on some kind of calorie deprived diet? This is common in anorexics. You have to have some kind of medical issue going on. Can eating one Centrum tablet daily help me regrow hair as well as make it stronger and fuller?
Is the word USP on the label of your vitamin? If so, its synthetic.
You are essentially eating rocks.
See video, below:
If you want to know about Omega, read my profile in my article about Omega Fatty Acids and sources available.
It might help. It can't hurt. Honestly though it never did that much for me.
Fresh veggies had a bigger impact on my hair (it used to be too dry and break a lot)
It might it might not. They say carrots are good protein for hair.
No. Vitamins don't do a thing for your hair.

Female Hairloss..... Experience, suggestions, treatment that WORKS to regrow hair????!!!!?!?!?
I'm a white 21 y/o female. I've had fine, straight hair my whole life, and in the past couple years its been progressively thinning out. I've seen a dermatologist several times, and he's said that it's probably alopecia. He recommended Rogaine but I've read a lot of bad reviews on it (like if you stop taking it all your hair falls out, or you can be allergic and have worse hair loss from just one treatment!?!?), so I've been too scared to try it. My hair is noticeably thinned out on my crown and above my temples.....
So much so that the only way I wear my hair is with a little puff up top (thank god that's in style at least) or else if I just leave it parted I look sickly.
SO....
ANY advice? Experiences? Forums/websites that might be helpful? And please Please let there be somebody who knows of something that will actually work to help regrow my hair or at least keep what I have. I can't afford surgery/laser treatments.
If this gets much worse I'm just going to ask for wigs for christmas this year....Female Hairloss..... Experience, suggestions, treatment that WORKS to regrow hair????!!!!?!?!?

you'd better find why you loss hair.
pay more attention on your living habits.
i have two friends are same to u.
hope i can help you. and have find straight hair!
I have thin, fine hair myself.
First, don't use cheap shampoos and conditioners. Find ones that are made from natural products. They won't damage your hair further.
Watch what you eat. Diet plays a role, so make sure you are eating right.
Watch what hair products you use. Meaning gels, mousses, and even hair clips and ties. Using those often enough can damage your hair.
Massage your scalp gently when you wash your hair. Only use a comb, not brush when it wet and try to let it dry naturally as often as you can.
Lastly, go to a health food store. There is a product called Florasil which is partly made up of Silica. It will help hair grow and is safe to use. As well, make sure you take a daily vitamin.

How can be avoid boldness or regrow hair ?
males suffer from boldness of hair then is there any mechanism to avoid this problem ?How can be avoid boldness or regrow hair ?
You mean baldness? No you can't avoid it it's genetics. Don't waste your time or money with any special regrowth remedies as there are no cures for genetic disorders. How can be avoid boldness or regrow hair ?
The tried and tested method of hair problem is an exercise which can be done anytime in the day when one is idle. It is a yogic formula. when you are idle start rubbing the finger nails of your left hand against those of the right hand. Do it as many times as possible. You will feel the difference after 2-3 months. Bald area will grow hair and grey hair will start getting black. Just try. No medicine no tension.
I wud welcome ur suggestions for myself.
Male pattern baldness is hereditary or illness related. All medication from REGAIN, ROGAIN, etc can encourage hair growth (fine baby hair) but once you stop the medication, the new hair falls off. The life long treatment is very expensive. What should be done is to prevent further deterioration of the condition through good hair care.
In Indonesia, they use candle nut. The nut is burned over coal and when blackened, its pounded and the extracted oil is used to massage the scalp. It seems to work - in preventing further hair loss but not growth.
Hi there
Actually the exact word is ';baldness';.
Once it catches you, it is late. Anyway, have you not seen so many bald actors. No fuss to look for a comb or to straight hair before leaving. Simply rub your hand on your head and everything is set.
Cheers

Cheers

What is the best way to regrow hair? I mean Britney Spears shaved her head and all hers is back!?
I know all about the right nutrition, exercise, vitamins, get hair trimmed etc but I still feel like the hair that was lost (due to over processing) is not growing back. I have stopped coloring it. I am not losing hair at all I just want to regrow what was lost. I read about how good essential oils are to stimulate hair follicles and about scalp massage etc What else is there that I am missing? thanksWhat is the best way to regrow hair? I mean Britney Spears shaved her head and all hers is back!?
It looks like you're doing everything right to grow it out. Now you just need the most important step and that's time. I know it's frustrating and everthing because i'm growing mine out too but hair only grow about a 1/2 inch a month so it's going to take a while. Ok, and Brittany Spears wears extensions so don't base your hair growth off of hers unless you have big bucks to spend on extensions. What is the best way to regrow hair? People who are saying it didn't grow back, YES IT DID.She shaved it like 3 years ago people, thats PLENTY time for her hair to grow.

Spears shaved her head in Feb. 2007. Just about anyone can grow some seriously long hair in nearly two years' time.

Is there a way to regrow hair that was lost due to poor nutrition or pulling?
Alright, let me explain my situation first.
I am currently 22, and when I was a kid I used to have extremely thick hair. My ponytails were as thick as silver dollars, and it was really hard to put my hair in a ponytail because it was so thick.
Despite that, my mom would put my hair in a tight ponytail for school nearly every single day. So, my hair was almost always being very tightly pulled. We put it in a ponytail so often that I ended up with a semi-permanent wave where the ponytail would have been even when I wasn't wearing it that way. Thankfully that wave has gone away.
Also, I didn't get a very healthy diet when I was a kid. Lots of meat and breads, but very few fruits and veggies. So, I think I had a vitamin deficiency for many years.
My hair used to fall out ALL the time, and in HUGE quantities. Now that I am older and rarely wear ponytails and eat a healthier diet, I don't lose many strands.
cont'd in additional detailsIs there a way to regrow hair that was lost due to poor nutrition or pulling?
You can try a product like Nioxin. They have shampoos, conditioners and scalp treatments. I've heard it helps with regrowing hair but you have to make it a routine for a while for it to be effective. Since you said yourself that it doesn't look bad I wouldn't worry about it too much. Just use the scalp treatment and continue eating the right foods and being healthy. Sometimes as we get older hair can become thinner or the texture can change, I think it's normal.

in upper part of head, density of hair is low, more hair falls daily. how to make regrowth of hairIs there any possibility to regrow hair on head, am 27 yrs old. density of hair reduced much on head.?
I used Rogaine for three years...from when I was 17 - 20. It worked on the top but not in the front. I gave up on it and started keeping it short.
In 2003 I dressed up as Mr. Clean for Halloween and ended up shaving my head all the way to the scalp with a razor. I've done it ever since and LOVE it!
I have a friend who takes Propecia and is happy with it. There's just nothing out there that replaces it.Is there any possibility to regrow hair on head, am 27 yrs old. density of hair reduced much on head.?
Get hair transplant surgery in India.Cosmetic Surgery is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.
I have also read that they arrange financing for american and canadian patients as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible.
As a doctor i personally believe that your cosmetic surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.If you still havent got your surgery done, you are better off getting it done in India.
my cousin got her breast reduction/liposculpture/buttoc... lift surgery in India through the forerunners healthcare.she is more than very happy with the results.she just paid 30% of the amount she was quoted in USA and is all praise fore this forerunners healthcare company.i personally have seen the wondeful results and am particularly impressed with the kind of quality care she got from this company.I am sure they will help you also with the best.be

No. Just be careful, however, there will be those who will try to exploit your problem. I know someone who went ball in his late 20s. He opted for the Mr. Clean, shaved head, look. He's been head shaven now for over 20 years. And I know others who just shaved off all their hair because of baldness. Actually a shaved head looks tough.

How to stop balding and regrow hair? Im only 16.?
Im only 16 yrs. old and I already have super thinning hair, the beginning of a reciting hair line, and a huge bald spot in my crown area (you can see my scalp in the crown area). What can I do to stop this balding. Is this genetic? My two brothers are almost completely bald (22+19 yrs old). My father (39) is bald, both my grandfather's are bald, my grandmother has THIN hair. Please help me! What can I do to regrow my hair or prevent even more balding? How to stop balding and regrow hair? Im only 16.?
Clearly this is genetic. The solution at your stage of balding would be hair transplants later in life. That's about all there is to do.How to stop balding and regrow hair? Im only 16.?
You're doomed to the club of no hair your best bet to make it seem normal would be to shave your head. I began doing this about 2 years ago when i began balding at 18 and its just an easy look. Other alternatives of course include medications that do nothing and having your butt shaved and glued to your scalp but i prefer my method.
Sorry buddy, but its your destiny to be bald.
A product such as Rogain or something similar may regrow your hair, however, be aware that you'll be using it for the remainder of your life.
Yes genetic. My friend bald is in anyway! Hey I tried all the stuff to try and keep my hair and finally realized I looked like a jerk lol. Shaving my head was the best decision I ever made. I would never go back to having hair, its just too much trouble

No cure for balding it genetic accept it,and live with it
It's obviously genetic, I'm sorry but I think you will just have to accept it.
It looks like a genetic thing to me, called Male Pattern Baldness. I had the same thing. My Grandfather had thinning hair on the crown and receding so I took after him and my brother has a full head of hair.
Since you are asking how to slow down your male pattern baldness and you want to stimulate new hair growth, I have a natural nutritional way to accomplish this with out harsh chemicals like most products that are out on the market today.
The majority of products on the market make use of a variety of chemicals that can have harmful side effects and actually cause damage to your hair and scalp. Moreover, most of these chemicals are inconsistent at best when it comes to stopping hair loss. This is a safe and all-natural hair loss solution, blocks the hormone DHT, which has been linked to 95 percent of hair loss. It also provides your scalp with nutrients that are essential to stimulating hair growth.
Saw palmetto, an essential active ingredient, and is one of the few natural substances that have been approved by the FDA for use in hair loss programs. When you use our hair loss supplements, the saw palmetto will lower DHT levels by blocking receptor sites on cell membranes. As DHT levels subside, hair loss will subside as well.
Along with saw palmetto, this product utilizes vitamins such as B6 and natural extracts that provide your scalp and hair follicles with vital nutrients. This means that you will not only keep the hair you have, you can actually gain back some of the hair you have lost! The process is easy and effective.
There is also a formula solution for women also.

What could help dog regrow hair?
My little dog (maltese cross) is suffering autoimmune disease and is on Predinson which causes thinning of her hair. Recent skin lesions cause more hair loss, some of her body is hairless. While she is continuing on medication, which is not a help to her hair, is there anyway, anything, that can help her to re-grow some hair back? diet? medications? topical treatment? Thanks a lot, desperate mom. What could help dog regrow hair?
My brother's wife has a dog with this exact thing. He's a little guy and was balding on his head and back. ANd overall his hair ws very thin and brittle. They put him on a meat based dog food and dinovite supplement and a liquid supplement too that had omega fatty acids in it. He is still a bit thin in his coat but the bald spots are gone now. Little by little he is getting better. He was actually able to come off of the steroids now. She also uses the shampoo, dogosuds because it's really good for his skin. She gets them all at the same company.
Her vet said the same thing but I think vets just don't look beyond medications.
Her dog's name is Meatball. Isn't that funny? What could help dog regrow hair?
you should change her diet to raw meaty bones it helped my dog with her allergy.
about 6 months ago she got fleas and ended up getting a flea allergy and her fur fell and thinned out in her neck, chest and back %26amp; butt area and even dough we got rid of the fleas ans she was on medication her fur never got back to what it used to be its been six months since the flea allergy happen and her fur never grew back to be as soft and full as it used to be and i recently switched my dog to a raw meat diet and its been 2 weeks today and just after a week of eating raw meat i noticed her fur got softer and shinier and by today i notice she has more hair and less dandruff and her fur is just beautiful.
but its your choice to go raw its your choice to feed whats is going to be the healthiest thing she is ever going to eat.
if you do decide to go raw you can email me though my page or just strait to
Bankg92@yahoo.com
why do you people refuse to ask your VET these questions?????
a responsible owner doesn't seek medical advice on-line. You can NOT diagnose conditions via email or try someone else's advice - it could be FATAL.
You need to make sure your dog is seeing a specialist - get a second opinion.
ASK HIM THE QUESTIONS - that's what you are paying the vet for.
tell your vet predinson shouldn't cause her to loose her fur...one of my poms on it now because she has a allergy and lost her fur to rubbing she's getting her fur back...
Protien helps grow hair, build buscles, and keep bones in good shape. Give protien vitamins for dogs.

How do I regrow hair permanently?
Honestly, my dad %26amp; my older brother have a receding hairline. One of my other brothers has a big forehead, and may possibly be receding. My 20 year old brother has about a regular sized forehead. I'm 15 years old, and I think mine's is kind of big.
Even though it's hereditary, is there anything I can do to regrow the hair permanently, or is there something I could probably buy out of a store?
Please, guys, don't post any websites where you have to use a credit card, because I don't have one nor do I plan on getting one.How do I regrow hair permanently?
Take it from a girl whom 3 out of 4 boyfriend had the male pattern baldness
If you got hereditary MPB, there is pretty much nothing you can do about it. You only can prolong the baldness by using the topical med like Aminexyl and Minoxidil but one day you will be a bald men. There is another solution with hair transplant which the result is not guaranteed and will leave permanent scar on your head
My ex have the same low esteem problem with you. But they decided to shave it off and go to the gym to build their muscles. And they're hoootttt
Be smart, nice and confident gentleman
Chicks dig that! How do I regrow hair permanently?
Your 15...chill. When your old enough to get credit card, come back. You cant do sh** without money these days. Sorrrrrry,
