Don't know about Aloe Vera gel. But you can try this: Drink a glass of freshly squeezed apple-carrot juice every day. Continue drinking it for several months. You could be surprised. actually te hair does grow but its the hair matrix in the roots of the hair follicle that fail to push it out. no idea of what to use though..
