when i experienced hair loss during my highschool years, i used a detergent bar as shampoo.. i used it 4 abt a month. but let me tell u, this detergent bar is really soft on d hair..





after a month, my hair started growing...
use olive oil.
THe first thing you should do is do some research about your family history to see if any other women in your family have had this problem. if that is the case then ypu may not be able to grow it back any thicker. I went through a period of hair loss about 5 yrs ago after my Dad died unexpectdely.


My hair is basically straight (it curls a little at the ends) and baby fine...I tried to reduce the amount of stress in my Life %26amp; started taking extra Zinc, Calcium, and Co-Enzyme (sp?) Q-10.
