Take some flax seed oil and cod liver oil in those gel caps.

They really help your natural hair oils to grow thicker hair. The only thing it takes is time. What is the best product to regrow hair? I have progressive hair loss and am a female in my early 40's?
when i experienced hair loss during my highschool years, i used a detergent bar as shampoo.. i used it 4 abt a month. but let me tell u, this detergent bar is really soft on d hair..

after a month, my hair started growing...
use olive oil.
THe first thing you should do is do some research about your family history to see if any other women in your family have had this problem. if that is the case then ypu may not be able to grow it back any thicker. It may be hereditary. Second of all you may want to find a professional in your area. I am a non-surgical hair replacement specialist so I specialize in doing hair replacement services. there are so many different options out there for you so just do not get depressed and think that it is over
I went through a period of hair loss about 5 yrs ago after my Dad died unexpectdely.

My hair is basically straight (it curls a little at the ends) and baby fine...I tried to reduce the amount of stress in my Life %26amp; started taking extra Zinc, Calcium, and Co-Enzyme (sp?) Q-10.

I also did moisturizing paks by rubbing almond oil (available in health food stores) into my scalp %26amp; then sleeping w/ a shower cap on.

Happy to say my hair stopped falling out, it's back to looking healthy %26amp; it's now half-way down my back!

Good Luck!
