i don't have much biotin in my diet because i'm a vegetarian. i think i may order a supplement version of biotin. what do you think?Can biotin help regrow hair and eyebrows?

From what I have read and tried it seems to work. Also a biotin deficiency can also cause hair loss but it is considered rare because intestinal bacteria generally produce an excess of the body's recommended daily requirement. Then again if you also have taken antibiotics before it would take your body awhile to receive its typical levels of intestinal bacteria.
