Just splash some Kool-Aid up on yur head to keep the rest of your hair.
There is no cheap way or anyway to do so. The only way is to have an MD have hair replacement through surgery. I have been down that route and surgery is the only permanent way to solve male pattern baldness.

put it in the affected area...
voila, new hair.
Rogaine, that is your best bet, it is available non-prescription.
This is probably what you don't want to hear, but the cheapest way would be to shave all your hair off and do the bald look.
