Can anyone tell me what hair products to regrow hair for men works the best?

First of all, shampoo alone will not be a miracle growth cure. Nothing is, your hair is programmed by your genetics to grow at a certain rate. You can only speed it up a little, but in some cases it seems like alot.

Vitamins are your best bet before you start using shampoo. Believe me, I tried them. B vitamins ae the best, try a daily multivitamin like Centrum, and a B vitamin like Biotin (which is the best one) seperately. This will help your hair grow faster and thicker.

Secondly, alot of hair growth problems have to do with the fact that your scalp doesn't have very good circulation. If you have a shower head with adjustable water pressure, turn it to the highest pressure and wash the scalp, it's like a massage. If you don't, then a scalp massage for 5 minutes every day or 30 minutes once a week will stimulate the hair follicle. I've discovered that this makes your head tingle as well, which is agood sign of circulation.

As for shampoo, the best one on the market is Nioxin, but it is PRICEY. $38 for the kit and $40 for the regular bottles. But it works, you'll get the same tingling sensation as you get with a massage because it uses menthol to stimulate your scalp. I've heard lots of good stories.

If you do shampoo, do it no more than three times a week. I know it sounds gross, but your hair has natural oils that protect your hair that you don't want to wash away. If your hair is oily and tends to get buildup, use apple cider vinegar every time you're not shampooing to rinse buildup away. Mix one table spoon with one cup of water, pour it over dry hair, massage and rinse.

My last tip is to brush your hair before you get in the shower. Another stimulation technique I've found to be effective. And remember, contition often.

Hope this helps!

Good luck.
