First of all is your hair actually falling out?
Did you always have a problem with a receeding hairline?
If you did is it just getting more prominent?
You have to ask yourself these questions first. If you had a receding hairline before (and a lot of women do, just like men) there is nothing that can be done to put hair where there wasn't before.
If you didn't and your hair is falling out....see a doctor first, this could be a health issue.
Then there could be the other issue, one I run into with a lot of my clients. Are you pulling the hair in the hairline into the ponytail. If you are you could be pulling your ponytail back to tight.
Ponytails should never be pulled back tight against the scalp in the back. This puts a lot of stress on the hair and causes it to break off.
However, if your hair is falling out and you've been to the doctor and they find nothing I suggest this.
Rogaine I believe is the only product approved by the FDA as proven to regrow hair. Please do not fall into the illusion that shampoos, conditioners or any of these so called hair thickeners or regrowers that are sold in salons work.
I am a male hairstylist that has thinning hair and I have tried them all.
